Every week’s a rollercoaster of activity

Whether they’re in the kitchen, working in events or taking care of our branding, anyone here will tell you that no one day at Carousel is ever the same. Our events team is kept busy with all sorts of exciting projects, from private dining experiences  to sample sales (talk about perks of the job…).  Meanwhile in the kitchen, the chefs will find themselves cooking up our delicious lunch menu  one day, working on dinner with one of the world’s most revered chefs the next, and designing a bespoke menu for an international brand’s UK launch by the end of the week. Phew!

Be part of an exciting young company

Carousel is constantly growing – four years ago founders Anna, Will, Ed and Ollie brought extraordinary immersive experiences to life as Shuttlecock Inc , before making a home at Carousel. Since then the company has transformed into a vibrant cultural hub, complete with its own restaurant, events company, experiences programme and now a second building to add to its list of event spaces… and there are no plans to slow down any time soon.

Location

London is undoubtedly one of the most exciting cities in the world right now, and we’re slap-bang in the middle of it. Marylebone itself is a hive of activity, with more than its fair share of museums, parks, shops and eateries (ahem) and you don’t have to go much further a-field to find yourself in other hot-to-trot parts of the city, like  Soho, Mayfair or Fitzrovia.

The Team

Carousel wouldn’t be Carousel without the incredible people at the heart of it all. Just like with every other side of the business, we go all out when it comes to the team. Think Monday morning brunches, pub quizzes, foraging challenges, camping trips, creative workshops… Safe to say we’re pretty well bonded.
