But mix in a late morning start, and a mouthwatering brunch? Suddenly not so bad.
Every Monday, someone from our office teams up with one of our chefs, getting creative in the kitchen and making a brunch worth getting out of bed for. Just this past week, our account manager Naomi Buckland paired up with junior sous chef Brian Mwangi to make an absolutely stunning series of quiches.
With a selection of Pancetta & Caramelised Onion, Broccoli & Camembert, and Kale & Mushroom quiches, it’s safe to say we were absolutely spoilt for choice.
