IT’S WHAT’S ON THE SIDE THAT COUNTS
IT’S WHAT’S ON THE INSIDE THAT COUNTS
Our family-style sharing menu is all about the supporting cast of super seasonal, super tasty side dishes. Get stuck in…
Here at Carousel we’re firm believers in the mantra of ‘sharing’s caring’ (except when it comes to pudding, in which case, hands off…). It’s more fun when you get to try a little bit of everything and you also avoid that awkward incredibly annoying moment when your dining companion nonchalantly leans over with their fork hovering in mid-air and asks you if they can try a bit (‘a bit’ being half of what you ordered).
That’s why we’ve come up with an all-star selection of lush out side dishes for our family-style private dining menu that will delight everyone around the table (and snuff out any disagreements in the process). They all work a treat, whatever the main course du jour, be it ‘Braised Lamb Shoulder, Dates, Walnuts and Gremolata’ or ‘Roast Chicken, Lemon Thyme and Smoked Paprika’… Let’s meet them.
