Back in March specialists in all things style, Toast, joined us in our light and airy upstairs space for a daytime showcase of their new True Indigo range. Guests enjoyed drinks and canapés, before getting up close and personal with the process used to achieve the perfect shade of blue when they got stuck into some indigo dyeing of their own.

Caudalie brought their super active skincare range to Carousel with a splash of delicate décor to make the blank canvas backdrop their own. They showcased their gorgeous products to top names in beauty over cocktails, canapés and a spot of calligraphy.

When Bombay Sapphire brought their new Star of Bombay gin alive at an unforgettable evening of slow artistry, every element of the uniquely multi-sensory evening was slow crafted to the max, in keeping with the slow distillation process which makes the gin so unique. Carousel’s Matt Varona joined forces with Bombay’s Renaud de Bosredon to design bespoke cocktails, whilst head chef Ollie Templeton took inspiration from the gin’s key botanicals for the exclusive three-course meal…

My First Savsé’s fantastically colourful launch for their 100% organic baby food range saw every inch of our restaurant and garden covered with fun things to do, eat and drink, from finger painting for the kids to wonderful Savsé-inspired cocktails for parents and press.
