On a sunny Thursday in June, Matalan set up shop in our airy Upstairs space, showcasing their colourful new ‘Back To School’ clothing range to key press influencers.

Whilst sipping on one of Carousel’s fresh gin-based cocktails, the guests began their lunch with a variety of canapés, including the ever-popular Pumpkin Fritti, Goat’s Curd, Thyme and Truffle Honey.

After browsing the new range, the guests sat down at our bespoke boardroom table, made of reclaimed wood, which was dressed with seasonal flowers provided by Scarlet & Violet and copper candle holders, bringing a summery feel to the room.

With the delicious 3-course lunch finished, smiles all round and Carousel tote bags in hand, the guests finished their cocktails and headed back outside into the sunshine.
