Picture the scene… Dappled sunlight, a leafy corner of Marylebone, the smoky haze of a charcoal grill, lip-smacking cocktails, tasty snacks and great company (okay, that last one’s down to you guys…).

Back in May something rather special went down: the legendary, award-winning food photographer, David Loftus, held his first EVER workshop here at Carousel.

Though it might not feel like it, winter is slowly but surely drawing to a close and with that brings a new menu to reflect the change of the seasons.
