Our talented chef team here at Carousel have been busying themselves creating a brand new menu to suit anything from formal sit-down dinners to canapé parties… Dive in…

Start with a celebration of the Great British heritage carrot, confited in rosemary oil and finished with shaved autumn black truffle.

An homage to the wholesome, home cooked meals we all associate with chilly evenings, we have a trio of beautiful seasonal mains to suit all tastes.

Slightly aniseedy and deliciously soft, our chicken, tarragon and mushroom pie is the perfect main event for an autumnal feast.

Next up? Our sticky and sweet aged Aylesbury duck with elderberry. Pair that with a smooth carrot purée and you’re onto a luxurious winner.

The Diana Ross in this trio of Supremes is a slow cooked lamb shoulder that could practically be eaten with a spoon it’s so goddamn tender. Cut through the richness with some mustardy carrots and a zingy gremolata jam packed with herbs.

We all know there’s one stomach for savoury and an entirely separate one for pudding, so cast your peepers over these sweet treats to round it all off with (*drum roll please*)…

…decadent brown butter cake with poached pears and a super light crème anglaise. We’re rather proud of this one, for pretty obvious reasons.

And if all that wasn’t enough for you, our very last offering is a combo you just can’t go wrong with… Apple Tarte Tatin with Jersey Cream (holy moly indeed).
