Cocktail Making

Carousel’s talented cocktail consultants will teach you the art of mixology in a 2-hour workshop where you’ll learn to create two delicious, seasonal and contemporary cocktails.


Terrarium Workshop

Create your very own self-contained ecosystem in a jar with London Terrariums. Over the course of the workshop, you'll learn all about activated charcoal, the aesthetics of moss and why you should always hold the jar the right way up on the tube home...


Life Drawing

Figurative artist Dan Whiteson offers fascinating workshops for all abilities, combining art history, drawing, informal tuition and creative experimentation. Set to an eclectic playlist, his classes cover a range of themes from wire sculpture to cubism.


Paper Flower Workshop

Individually crafted from environmentally-friendly Pyrène tissue paper, Karen Hsu's signature Pom Pom Factory paper flowers are mini masterpieces. In this laid back workshop you'll learn how to sculpt, personalise and arrange your own peony using an array of creative techniques including ikebana, the Japanese art of flower arrangement.


Screen Printing

Give old possessions a new lease of life with this hands-on, step-by-step guide to the art of screen-printing, made famous by the likes of Andy Warhol and Roy Lichtenstein. After one session with Nicole Line, you’ll soon be up-cycling without stabilisers.


Pasta Making

A pasta-making workshop with one of our in-house chefs – master the perfect pasta dough, cook up a delicious, traditional sauce, sit down with a glass of wine and enjoy the fruits of your labour.



Learn the art of Modern Calligraphy with stationery designer Alice Gabb. This is a beginners’ workshop, starting with an introduction to good technique and basic nib knowledge, before moving on to letterforms and writing your own name or a favourite quote in Alice’s signature script.



Rikke Brodin’s inspirational vinyasa flow yoga classes are weaved around different themes of connection, giving guests time to pause, reflect and re-connect with the world around them.


Perfume Making

In these informal, hands-on sessions you'll learn how to make your own signature fragrance from scratch as expert perfumer Emmanuelle Moeglin effortlessly demystifies the world of perfume, eau-so-simply revealing its secrets.
