Pasta Making with Ollie Templeton

Have you ever tried making your own homemade garganelli or cavatelli? Carousel’s Head Chef and pasta enthusiast Ollie is heading up a traditional pasta making workshop where -in just a couple of hours -you’ll learn how to master two types of dough. You will then be shown how the classic egg and a simple semolina pasta dough can be transformed into tubes of garganelli and dinky cavatelli.

Our expert chefs will share their tips and tricks on pairing the perfect sauce with each pasta shape before teaching you how to cook up a tasty traditional ‘sugo‘ (that’s sauce to me and you). Ollie and the team will guide you through each step and answer any burning questions before you sit down with a glass of wine and tuck into the fruits of your labour.

Classes can last up to three hours, perfect for 10-16 people.
