Carousel’s Upstairs space can host standing drinks receptions for up to 100 guests and our larger Downstairs space can host up to 200 guests for more lively parties.

Our license runs until midnight. If you’re looking to dance a little longer, we'll happily apply for extensions from Westminster City Council on your behalf, although these are subject to their discretion, not ours.

Carousel can also fulfill all your party’s catering needs as well as provide you with our best waiters and bar staff to ensure your evening runs smoothly.

SEAT press launch

Client brief: SEAT were looking for a blank-canvas space to create an Ibiza-style lounge club for the launch of their updated (you guessed it) ‘Ibiza’ model.
What we did: Taking inspiration from The White Isle’s exclusive restaurants KM5 and Blue Marlin, the Carousel team brought in high-spec lighting, chic, white low-level seating to bring the Ibiza club scene to central Marylebone. With celebrity DJ Zoe Hardman spinning the decks, it wasn’t long before the stylish VIP guest list were strutting their stuff on Carousel’s dance floor.
What they ate: We created Balearic-inspired cocktails and canapés

Nautical 18th Birthday

Client brief: Olivia wanted a nautical themed dinner-dance to celebrate her 18th birthday.
What we did: The Carousel events team transformed the Downstairs space into a Coco Chanel-inspired 1950s Saint Tropez seaside setting. The industrial space was unrecognisable - concrete walls were replaced with brightly coloured beach-hut backdrops, fishing nets, knotted ropes, vintage life vests, seashells and a ‘Seaside Sally’ for guests to pose for photographs. Sitting on long trestle tables made from reclaimed wood – beautifully decorated with beach-themed paraphernalia, the Carousel team went the extra mile by providing guests with miniature bottles of sand for guests to write a personal ‘message-in-a-bottle’ to the birthday girl. Carousel staff were kitted out in sailor-stripes and neckerchiefs.
What they ate: We served a seasonal 3-course menu to Olivia’s 80 guests.

20s Themed Office Party

Client Brief: Top-end Estate Agents Carter Jonas were looking to throw a corporate party with a twist.
What we did: The Carousel production team transformed the Upstairs space into a 1920s speakeasy bar complete with staff dressed in ‘20s outfits, gramophones, candelabras and period furniture. Adding the twist to the event were independent theatre company “The Small Things” who performed 10 minute skits from Oscar Wilde’s “The Importance of Being Earnest” intermittently throughout the evening.
What they ate: Our in-house chefs served up mouth-watering snacks such as prawn and fennel seed empanadas and chopped onglet steak with smoked chilli mayonnaise.
What they drank: Food was washed down with Carousel‘s bespoke Moonshine cocktails.
