From spoon carving and singing lessons to pasta making and cocktail classes, our workshops are all about fun shared experiences. There’s no better way of bringing people together and building teams.

SPOON CARVING:
Wood carving expert Sophie Sellu from Grain & Knot can teach your group the art of spoon whittling in a two-hour long workshop held in our UPSTAIRS space. We’ll provide your group with a delicious lunch cooked by the Carousel kitchen. Each participant will leave with their very own crafted spoon made from reclaimed timber.
Timings: 2 hours + 1 hour lunch provided by Carousel London restaurant.

Carousel’s talented cocktail consultants will teach your group the art of mixology in a 2-hour workshop where you’ll learn to create two delicious seasonal and contemporary cocktails. Your party will be split into smaller groups and after our experts have demonstrated how to create the finished product, you’ll then be tasked to recreate the cocktail with our consultants tasting and judging each team’s drink to bring a competitive element to the day, You’ll even get to take away our Carousel sugar syrups to practice your best Tom Cruise impression at home.

Nothing creates a sense of inclusion, cooperation and community quite like singing in a choir which is why it is one of the best team-building exercises you can do! In their 3 hour workshops, Some Voices bring a brand of choral singing – bespoke arrangements of modern pop classics from their sell-out shows. Included in your workshop is lunch and drinks provided by Carousel restaurant.
