Nightmare before Christmas
Christmas at Carousel is a pretty damn big deal, so much so that we’ve been nominated for Christmas Venue of the Year at the 2018 London Venue Awards (and these guys know their stuff).

Each year our team of talented art directors bring you an immersive theme that’s even bigger – and brasher – than the last one. From greeting pub landlord Mr. Tumnus in a snowy reimagining of Narnia to recreating the magic of Geppetto’s candlelit workshop, our experiential parties are always big on entertainment. And this year’s no different…

Inspired by the ghoulish world of Tim Burton’s stop motion masterpiece, we’ll be doing our very best Jack Skellington impressions by turning your party into The Nightmare Before Christmas… in a good way. All you need to do is get dressed up for the evening and get yourselves down to Halloween Town where the party of the year is about to kick off.

You’ll enter through Christmas Town, a candy cane dreamland that’s as saccharine as the sugary treats on display. It’s everything you’d expect from a festive wonderland, and more. But you did Winter Wonderland last year… and the year before that… and… Well, you get the picture. This year it’s time for something a little bit different.

Push open the magic door into Halloween Town and join us for a marvellously macabre celebration of the darker side of Christmas. Welcome to a shadowy world where anything goes. We’ve kidnapped Santa so there are no rules. Everyone’s getting a present this year.

Lovingly created in infinitesimal detail by our team of talented art directors, our version of Halloween Town will be an elaborate theatre set for guests to explore. There will be killer cocktails (think ’Dr Finklestein’s Panacea’, a drink so good it changes colour and glows in the dark) and devilishly good snacks like ’Sticky Smoked Pork Ribs’, ‘Fried Chicken Wings with Burnt Habanero Cream’ and ’Crispy Potato Skins with Smoked Cheese and Chilli’ that sure beat the hell out of pigs in blankets.

And then there’s the entertainment. Besides the immersive magic of your surroundings, you’ll also get to choose from karaoke, Day of the Dead-style face painting, your own photo booth, a cocktail workshop with Dr Finklestein himself, a gospel choir and a custom piñata of Jack Skellington, Santa or even your boss (they probably wouldn’t mind…).
Get in touch to make your spookiest Christmas fantasies, a reality.
